Motion 06112008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by James Wettlaufer to accept the minutes of May 28, 2008 meeting as read, all in favor.
Motion 06112008-2: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer for Police and Fire Coverage quote from Chubb and the Hartford to be taken under advisement, all in favor.
Motion 06112008-3: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to have Special Town Meeting on Monday, June 30, 2008 at 7:00p.m. at Holland Elementary School, all in favor.
Motion 06112008-4: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen for the Continuance of Annual Town Meeting to follow the Special Town Meeting on June 30, 2008, all in favor.
Motion 06112008-5: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to sign SAAN Highway Contract, all in favor.
Highway Bids opened at 7:15p.m.

Motion 06112008-6: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to submit all bids to Highway Surveyor for his assessment, all in favor.
Motion 06112008-7: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to appoint Bruce Plumley to the Holland Council on Aging for a 2 year term expiring June 30, 2010, all in favor.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 06112008-8: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m., all in favor.
